Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced HGV Class 1 driver to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Class 1 Night Driver - Area Cover, you will be responsible for delivering goods to various locations across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive HGV Class 1 vehicles on a night shift basis, covering various depots
  • Deliver goods to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure all deliveries are completed to a high standard, meeting customer expectations
  • Work collaboratively with other drivers and depot staff to achieve team goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an HGV Class 1 driver
  • Valid HGV Class 1 license
  • Excellent knowledge of UK roads and traffic laws
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate: £18.20 (Monday to Friday), £22.89 (Saturday), £25.44 (Sunday)
  • Overtime rate: £25.44
