We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Estimator to join our team at Jewson, a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe. As a Sales Estimator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers with their projects, providing accurate estimates to secure new business, and developing great relationships with new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Estimating and Pricing: Prepare accurate estimates and quotes for customers, taking into account their specific needs and requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product lines and services, enabling you to provide expert advice and solutions to customers.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing proactive advice and solutions to deliver the best experience possible.
- Transaction Processing: Process purchase, sales, and stock transactions in accordance with company procedures.
- Negotiation and Collaboration: Negotiate with customers and suppliers, working collaboratively with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement.
