We are seeking a Technical Assistant to become a valued member of our dedicated team. In this role, you will oversee the preventative planned maintenance (PPM) and repair of various equipment and fixtures. We prefer candidates with experience in a similar position or industry, possessing a general maintenance and repair skill set. Familiarity with both wet and dry side plant operations will be beneficial, as you will play a crucial role in ensuring the pools remain operational.

You will be expected to work independently, maintaining and updating relevant technical records, and performing repairs as necessary. Occasionally, you may need to be available outside of standard business hours. While experience or knowledge in spa pool operations and minor plumbing or electrical repairs is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and operate all building services, ensuring adherence to preventative planned maintenance (PPM) protocols.
  • Demonstrate experience working with technical plant and services.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team or independently.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Be available to work during weekends and overnight when necessary.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with a primarily non-technical user base.
  • Exhibit a high level of responsibility, flexibility, enthusiasm, and motivation.
  • Possess the mobility to travel across various sites.
