About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex projects and drive digital transformation within our dynamic team at William Jackson Food Group.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and delivering end-to-end implementation projects, including the successful deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, creating comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution and alignment with business expectations.
  2. Leadership and Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, business analysts, and third-party vendors, to drive project progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining regular communication, providing project updates, and managing expectations to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
  4. Process Improvement: Conduct thorough project reviews, assessments, and post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous process enhancements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with some experience on Dynamics 365 implementations and digital transformation projects.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading complex projects, managing stakeholders, and delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus in a collaborative environment.
