Job Title: Staff Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at a beautiful nursing home in Bolton. Our client provides high-quality nursing services to the elderly with dementia and those requiring general nursing care.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. You will also be responsible for overseeing a team of care assistants and liaising with the GP and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring blood sugar levels and administering oxygen
  • Wound management and treatment planning
  • Leading a team of care assistants and providing guidance and support
  • Liaising with the GP and multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
  • Relevant nursing qualification and registration with the NMC
  • Satisfactory references and the right to work in the UK
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
