The primary objective of this role is to deliver financial partnership support to the Supply Chain and Strategic Sourcing divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Partnership - Offer performance management and decision-making support to the Vice President of Supply Chain and the Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing, along with their respective teams.
• Achieve financial targets related to Operations savings, operational expenditures, full-time equivalents, restructuring, and extraordinary costs.
• Oversee month-end closing processes, including accruals, intercompany transactions, and coordination with the Finance shared services.
• Provide reporting on operational expenditures, full-time equivalents, goods received not invoiced, and project status.
• Prepare business cases and capital expenditure requests as necessary.
• Track and report on significant projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Formal Accounting Qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, or CIMA) with a robust background in Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Experience in financial partnership within a matrix and cross-functional setting.
• Background in the pharmaceutical sector, particularly in Operations (Supply Chain/Manufacturing/Strategic Sourcing).
• Proficient in advanced Excel, with strong presentation capabilities and familiarity with presentation software.

Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; demonstrate essential interpersonal skills such as initiative, innovative problem-solving, strategic thinking, and teamwork.
