About the Role:
Hays Senior Finance is working exclusively with a business in Telford to recruit a Head of Finance. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the finance structure of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth
- Oversee financial reporting, including budgeting and forecasting
- Lead the finance team and ensure accurate and timely financial information
- Implement financial governance and control processes
- Collaborate with the Managing Director and CFO to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with experience managing a finance function. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive change and improve financial processes.
