Requirements:

  • Hold qualifications like TeamTeach or training in Positive Behaviour Management.
  • Be an effective team player, capable of collaborating with colleagues and following the class teacher's guidance.
  • Familiar with maintaining, updating, and reviewing the progress of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
  • Exhibit strong communication skills, with proficiency in non-verbal methods like Makaton and PECS being highly advantageous.
