About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CT Rotational Radiographer to join our team at Nuffield Health St Bartholomew's Hospital. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a high-quality diagnostic imaging service for a varied caseload, including cardiac CT scans.
  • Be highly proficient in the use of all equipment within scope of practice, including Siemens equipment.
  • Work with leading practitioners and cutting-edge practices, equipment, and facilities to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Supervise and develop junior colleagues to ensure the highest standards of imaging services.
  • Aware of MRI safety in line with local rules and work within IRMER and own scope of practice, in accordance with the code of conduct set out by the HCPC.
  • Participate in departmental audits and Quality Assurance programme to ensure the highest standards of imaging services.
  • Provide support to the Clinical Lead Radiographers and ensure equipment is safe and fit for purpose.
  • Competency in IV cannulation is essential, and you will be required to report faults in line with Nuffield Health policy.
  • Provide input to the review, update, and implementation of departmental policy and procedural changes.
  • Comply with all Nuffield Health policies and procedures and ensure all records are maintained in line with statutory and organisational requirements.
