Creative Support is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our dynamic team in Blackpool, Lancashire. Our organization provides high-quality care and support for individuals with learning disabilities, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users to engage in various social activities, develop warm relationships, and maintain their independence. You will work collaboratively with our team to create a safe and inclusive environment, promoting the well-being and dignity of our service users.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Encourage service users to participate in social activities, both within and outside their homes.
  • Develop trusting relationships with service users and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their time at the service is enjoyable.

We offer full-time and part-time hours, with opportunities to work flexible shifts, including sleep-ins. No prior care experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training through our Creative Support Training Academy. You will also have the chance to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
