About the Role

We are currently recruiting relief chefs to work with various hospitality businesses, including hotels, restaurants, event caterers, contract caterers, and resorts in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Work effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the culinary experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic food safety and hygiene knowledge.
