Group Reporting Specialist

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Group Reporting Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for owning the group consolidation under IFRS and leading on the preparation of the annual report.
Key Responsibilities:- Group Consolidation: Own the group consolidation process under IFRS, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Annual Report Preparation: Lead on the preparation of the annual report, working closely with the Group Finance Director and Controller.
- External Auditors: Liaise with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.
- Acquisition Accounting: Lead on acquisition accounting, IFRS transitions, and US GAAP migrations.
- Chartered Accountant: You must be a chartered accountant with experience in a fast-paced industry role.
- Complex Group Consolidations: You must have experience of complex group consolidations, IFRS reporting, and ad hoc projects.
- Audit Background: Ideally, you will have an audit background with a fine eye for detail.
