About the Role

As a Graduate Sales Trainee, you will be part of our comprehensive training program, designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in sales. You will work closely with our experienced sales team, learning about our products, market, and customers. With a focus on developing your skills and confidence, you will have the opportunity to progress into external sales and potentially profit centre management roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our business, products, and market
  • Learn and apply industry-leading sales techniques and strategies
  • Build relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities
  • Chase down leads, negotiate, and generate sales
  • Work towards sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business
