We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Clark Contracts Ltd, a leading main contractor with a strong presence in the Scottish construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, to budget, and to the highest standard of workmanship.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and stakeholders.
  • Produce, analyze, and interrogate project programs to ensure timely completion.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Office packages.
  • Current SMSTS qualification.

  • Experience in both refurbishment and new build projects.
  • IT literacy and contract administration skills.
