A well-established, family-run business operating in the leisure sector is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join their growing team.

This part or fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA) role reports to the Finance Director and has responsibility for the day-to-day management of the finance team. Responsibilities include management reporting, month-end requirements, revenue processing, working capital control, and cost management analysis. The role will also support finance change projects relating to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Management of the finance team and overseeing the day-to-day running of the finance function.
  2. Production of the monthly profit and loss accounts for the care homes.
  3. Balance sheet analysis and working capital control.
  4. Development of the management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting including bank covenant reporting.
  5. Cost management reporting and liaising with stakeholders in respect of cost control.
  6. Supporting growth management projects by providing analysis and reporting.
  7. Provide backup for day-to-day finance requirements as required.

You will be a fully qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA) although QBE candidates will be considered. It is essential that you have excellent Excel skills (Lookups, Modelling) as well as a good understanding of ERP systems.
