A well-established, family-run business operating in the leisure sector is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join their growing team.
This part or fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA) role reports to the Finance Director and has responsibility for the day-to-day management of the finance team. Responsibilities include management reporting, month-end requirements, revenue processing, working capital control, and cost management analysis. The role will also support finance change projects relating to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of the finance team and overseeing the day-to-day running of the finance function.
- Production of the monthly profit and loss accounts for the care homes.
- Balance sheet analysis and working capital control.
- Development of the management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting including bank covenant reporting.
- Cost management reporting and liaising with stakeholders in respect of cost control.
- Supporting growth management projects by providing analysis and reporting.
- Provide backup for day-to-day finance requirements as required.
You will be a fully qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA) although QBE candidates will be considered. It is essential that you have excellent Excel skills (Lookups, Modelling) as well as a good understanding of ERP systems.
