About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Autocentre Manager to join our team at Mr Clutch Autocentres. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and maintain the company image, acting as a brand ambassador.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maximise volume to ensure profit and financial targets are met, driving business growth and success.
  • Co-ordinate and control the work of Autocentre staff, providing assistance and support as required.
  • Ensure the security of stock and monies, being accountable for any losses.
  • Maintain company house-keeping standards, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
