Centre Director

TPS is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for managing and motivating your team to achieve business objectives, ensuring excellent customer service, and developing strategic plans to run a successful TPS Centre.

• Lead and manage a team to achieve business targets and objectives
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and success
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Manage and maintain a customer-centric culture within the business
• Work within the identified sales strategy to increase sales revenues and devise and implement sales plans
• Regularly monitor business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and take action to address any deviations
• Ensure compliance with business standards and processes, financial, legal, and ethical guidelines
• Maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders

• Proven ability or aptitude for leading and motivating a team to achieve business targets in a B2B environment
• Passion for providing a great customer service experience and the automotive industry
• Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Experience in devising strategies and implementing plans
• Ability to provide an exceptional customer service experience
• Ability to plan strategies and activities to grow and develop a business
• Sales-focused and results-oriented
• High degree of IT literacy and proficient user of MS Office
• Management experience
