We are a school that embraces special educational needs, providing tailored support to ensure every child flourishes, regardless of their starting point.We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis, working three days a week.
This opportunity has arisen due to the expansion of our early years program, reflecting our commitment to providing the best possible start for our youngest learners.
As an Early Years Educator, you will guide a small group of 20 eager learners, ensuring they build a solid foundation in essential areas such as communication, language, personal, social, and emotional development.
This role offers a unique chance to shape young minds in a supportive and innovative environment, where your creative teaching methods are not only welcomed but encouraged.
The position stands out for its balance of structure and flexibility, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality early years education while enjoying a harmonious work-life balance.
You will be supported by a dedicated team of teaching assistants, ensuring that every child receives the attention and encouragement they need to succeed.
Qualifications:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialization in Early Years Education.
Key Requirements:
- A profound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and a passion for early childhood education.
- Experience in creating an engaging learning environment that nurtures children's natural curiosity and love for learning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Create a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued and supported.
Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staff to provide a holistic educational experience.
This role offers a competitive daily rate of £160-£210, reflecting your expertise and dedication.
