Job Title: Project Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Gold Group Ltd. As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the employer's agent for a range of projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders throughout all project phases.
  • Oversee project feasibility studies, budget estimates, and cost planning.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Prepare and submit interim and final accounts, managing cost reporting effectively.
  • Provide professional advice on contract matters and assist in resolving disputes.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the construction process and project lifecycle.
  • Proficient in cost management software and MS Office Suite.
