About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a General Assistant. As a General Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support to our residents and colleagues, ensuring the smooth operation of our care home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily tasks and activities to support the well-being of our residents
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment
  • Support the catering team with meal preparation and service
  • Assist with laundry and housekeeping duties
  • Provide administrative support as required

About You

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and able to work well in a team. You will be a strong communicator and have excellent interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to support your development.
