About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate environmental engineer to join our team as a Principal or Senior Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will lead the delivery of projects focused on environmental improvement, flood risk management, and infrastructure development.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Manage projects from start to finish, including contracts, budgeting, specification preparation, scheduling, change management, and risk assessment.
  2. Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.
  3. Promote technical innovation to enhance efficiency and quality, adopting the latest methodologies and tools.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and key stakeholders.
  5. Lead Safety in Design, ensuring compliance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations and environmental legislation.
  6. Engage in STEM activities, attend conferences, and collaborate with academic institutions.

Requirements
