In this fast-paced environment, you will be working with a travel insurance provider, delivering essential assistance to insured individuals experiencing health issues while traveling.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring the client's health status from the beginning of their case until they are deemed fit for travel.
- Coordinating with medical professionals to ensure appropriate care and support.
- Assessing medical conditions in relation to travel insurance policies.
- Providing exceptional customer service through effective communication with clients and healthcare providers.
- Collaborating with Assistance Coordinators to guarantee high-quality service delivery.
- Engaging with the client's medical team to determine the best course of action for case management.
