HNW and UHNW Private Client Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trusts and Estates Solicitor to join our team at Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in wealth preservation and a proven track record of delivering high-quality advice to HNW and UHNW individuals and Family Offices.

The role will involve managing domestic and international wealth preservation matters for a UHNW Private Client base, with a focus on long-term tax planning and structuring solutions. The successful candidate will have a high level of expertise in Trusts and Estates and will be able to demonstrate strong all-round communication skills and a solutions-driven approach to their work.

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual who is passionate about building a career in the UK and International Tax and Trusts space. The successful candidate will have acquired 1 to 3 years of experience in a good legal environment and will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of UK and cross-border tax regimes.
