About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Operations Manager to join the Volkswagen Group UK team on a full-time basis for an 18-month fixed-term contract. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact, supporting the business to achieve its ambitions for the future.
- Lead the brand's owned digital presence while formulating, managing, and implementing the long-term digital strategy for the brand, while simultaneously optimizing the current performance.
- Define and manage the Brand's strategy for a blended retail experience to deliver a pioneering and future-proof customer experience.
- Drive forward the development of our digital platforms to deliver a seamless and effective omni-channel customer experience.
