About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SEO and Website Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our team of designers, developers, SEO executives, and content writers to create new websites and update current websites in our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple departments working together to update websites, create new websites, and stay ahead of industry changes and SEO best practices.
  • Direct team members through projects dictated by the company director.
  • Manage certain requirements outside of building websites, such as internal checks and updates, and data entry.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with multiple departments.
  • Demonstrate clear and concise organisational skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects at once and switch between projects at short notice.
  • High-level research and understanding to grasp expert-level knowledge in a new industry quickly.
  • Motivated to learn new processes and skills on the job.
Required Skills
  • Experience in managing a team or managing multiple departments working towards the successful completion of a project.
  • Multiple years' experience working in SEO, ideally on websites and/or Apps.
  • Proficient in using Google tools such as Analytics, Search Console, and Trends.
  • Understanding of website building and coding, outside of Wordpress.
  • Excellent English language skills with a deep understanding of spelling and grammar.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
