About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Coordinator to join our team at Scottish Water. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will play a crucial role in providing a friendly and responsive learning administration service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze learning needs and plan a schedule of events to deliver
  • Set up and manage training courses, both online and in-person, using our Learning Management System, Cornerstone
  • Coordinate with learning providers to ensure seamless delivery of training events
  • Track and capture learning outcomes accurately, creating insightful reports to demonstrate the impact of our efforts
  • Monitor costs and forecast budget to ensure optimal value for our investment
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a learning administration team and a strong understanding of Microsoft Office. Experience using a learning management system, such as Cornerstone LMS, is highly desirable.

You will be a great communicator, able to respond to emails, chat on Microsoft Teams, and handle calls with ease. You will also be a pro at planning and organization, able to manage multiple tasks and requests with ease.
