Senior Associate to Legal Director

Birmingham with Hybrid Working

We are seeking an experienced development lawyer to join our client's specialist and enviable development practice. The successful candidate will assist the Partners on market-leading work, providing expert advice on a range of matters, including:

  • Site acquisition and setup
  • Infrastructure and planning agreements
  • Secured lending
  • Plot/unit sales

The team operates on an advisory 'business partnering' basis with national, regional, and smaller developer clients, as well as social housing providers. The specialist development team works alongside the firm's real estate offering, which is a core part of the business and one of the most successful departments.

About You

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced development lawyer with a passion for playing a key role in the development of the practice and their own career. Ideally, you will have 5 years PQE or more, but candidates with less experience will also be considered. You will have a range of sector exposure and/or transactional experience, and be able to provide expert advice on a variety of matters.
