Service Technician

We are seeking an experienced Field / Mobile Service Technician to join our team based in Cambridge on a full-time basis. As part of our highly driven team, you will contribute to our ambition of becoming the best supplier within our field.
Key Responsibilities:- Attend breakdowns within the Cambridgeshire territory
- Machinery fault finding on site and resolving the problem in a timely manner
- Overhauls and repairs to machinery within the workshop on occasions
- Report faults to relevant parties
- Carry out the service and maintenance of the Client's machinery
- Replace parts and work closely with the Parts Department to ensure delivery
- Complete job cards and warranty/maintenance paperwork to a high standard
- A sound technical understanding of large equipment and machinery in general
- The ability to demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
- Drive and commitment to the success of the business
- A positive can-do attitude
- The ability to work on your own initiative as well as in a team environment
- A clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel
- Flexibility regarding working overtime and some unsociable hours
- Sound time management and administration skills
