Your Role:

We are seeking experienced Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineers to become integral members of our dynamic and fast-paced team.

This role uniquely combines your technical acumen with the responsibility of managing high-value customer environments while mentoring and guiding your colleagues.

On a daily basis, you will serve as the Senior Engineer, tackling intricate technical challenges, optimizing cloud infrastructure for enhanced performance and security, and leading a talented team towards achieving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve complex customer issues related to Azure cloud services and VMware private cloud.
  • Provide comprehensive support across all Microsoft enterprise services, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and the complete Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Oversee security solutions, such as Azure Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, and CVE vulnerabilities.
  • Manage customer edge firewall products, including Azure Firewall and FortiGate.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement enhancements that align with client needs.
  • Optimize infrastructure for cost-effectiveness, security, and performance.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including diagrams and procedures.
  • Report performance metrics and risk assessments to senior management.
  • Manage and forecast budgets related to infrastructure.
  • Ensure service delivery meets established performance targets.

Technical Expertise Required:

We are looking for individuals who are genuinely passionate about cloud technology, viewing it as more than just a job.

Your technical experience should encompass most of the following:

  • Experience in an MSP environment.
  • Solid understanding and experience with Azure IaaS/PaaS services.
  • Strong skills in core infrastructure, including Active Directory, Microsoft Server, and VMware.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Azure certifications (AZ104, specialist/senior certificates) or progress towards them.
  • Familiarity with scripting and automation tools is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
