Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintain food safety standards in designated kitchen areas
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on proper food handling procedures
  • Contribute to menu planning and development
  • Prepare high-quality, fresh dishes daily
  • Manage food portions and ingredient inventory
  • Ensure proper storage and rotation of stock
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations in food preparation
