Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Security Officer to join our team at Sodexo in Horsham. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor premises to prevent rule infractions and ensure compliance with security protocols
  • Conduct regular patrols to maintain a visible and reassuring presence
  • Respond promptly to alarms and security incidents, and complete detailed reports
  • Enforce company policies and procedures, and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Hold an in-date SIA Licence
  • Proven experience as a corporate security officer or in relevant positions
  • Strong observational and communication skills, with the ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively
  • Knowledge of basic security operations and procedures

  • Competitive hourly rate of £14 + Sodexo Benefits
  • 4 on 4 off shift pattern, with 42 hours per week
