We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Deputy Store Manager to join our team at ScS - Sofa Carpet Specialist. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Store Manager in managing the store's operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and sales performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, manage inventory, and control costs.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of visual merchandising displays, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have:
Previous retail experience, preferably in a management role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and issues.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.Basic knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales analysis, and visual merchandising.About ScSScS is one of the UK's leading sofa specialists, with over 100 retail stores across the country.
