Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Administrator to join our team at NJR Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Financial Planners and assisting with the management of client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Financial Planners: Provide administrative support to our team of Financial Planners, including processing new business applications and creating client valuations and illustrations.
- Client Portfolio Management: Assist with the management of client portfolios, including developing and maintaining good working relationships with internal and external contacts.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
