Job Title: Salaried General Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Salaried General Practitioner to join our team at Phoenix Medical Practice. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to our patients, working closely with our experienced medical staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Conduct thorough medical histories, perform physical examinations, and order diagnostic tests as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working closely with patients and their families to ensure optimal health outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists, nurses, and allied health staff, to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to confidentiality and data protection protocols.
Requirements:
  • General Practitioner (GP) qualification and registration with the General Medical Council (GMC).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong clinical skills, with the ability to diagnose and manage a wide range of medical conditions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, with a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices.
