Job Summary:

All Care (GB) Ltd. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in the Reading Area. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to customers, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support customers with their health and wellbeing, including administering medication and providing emotional support.
  • Prepare and cook meals, as well as assist with shopping and cleaning tasks.
  • Accompany customers on shopping trips and provide transportation as needed.
  • Perform light washing duties, including using a dishwasher and washing machine.

  • Flexibility and ability to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £11.50 per hour weekdays and £12.50 per hour weekends.
