Role Responsibilities:
  • Oversee an electrical team, reporting directly to the Hard Services Manager
  • Ensure the electrical team executes maintenance and project work to the required standards
  • Manage project priorities and work schedules, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
  • Assist the Hard Services Manager with project planning, focusing on safety, quality, schedule, and cost

Qualifications:
  • Minimum qualifications: City & Guilds / NVQ or HNC / HND in Electrical Engineering / 18th Edition
  • Previous supervisory experience in electrical roles, ideally within nuclear or heavy industry
  • SSSTS or SMSTS certifications are advantageous but not mandatory
  • Possession of personal transportation is required due to site location
  • Willingness to undergo comprehensive security clearance, including a DBS check and regular drug and alcohol testing
  • Strong understanding and experience in health and safety protocols
