Job Description

Job Overview


Hunter Dunning Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Part II Architectural Assistant to join our team. As a Part II Architectural Assistant, you will work on a variety of RIBA stages, from concept designs to technical stages, on residential and commercial projects.


Key Responsibilities


  • Work alongside the team on a range of projects, including high-end residential, commercial, and luxury hospitality sectors
  • Utilize Revit and AutoCAD to a high standard daily
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver projects from concept to completion


Requirements


  • RIBA Part II qualified or Recently Qualified Architect
  • Highly proficient in Revit, with knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Experience in either high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality
  • Strong flair for design and excellent technical and construction knowledge
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with contractors and subcontractors

  • Salary of £28,000 – £35,000 DOE
