Warehouse Operations Manager

Join Changing Lives Together as a Warehouse Team Leader and play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and delivery services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a group of warehouse and van operatives, prioritizing workload, and driving key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet customer and stakeholder requirements.
Main Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Lead, monitor, and supervise a team of warehouse and van operatives to achieve goals and objectives.
- Workforce Prioritization: Prioritize workforce to ensure daily targets are achieved for all warehousing and van activities through effective task and duty allocation.
- KPI Management: Monitor and drive KPIs to ensure they are met on a daily and weekly basis, taking action to address any issues.
- Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work carried out by operatives and manage performance to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Workflow Management: Monitor staff workflow and troubleshoot to solve day-to-day issues, ensuring efficient operational practices.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with team members and across the organization, ensuring seamless collaboration and information sharing.
- Site Maintenance: Ensure vehicles and work equipment are maintained to a good standard and in accordance with maintenance schedules.
- Inventory Management: Maintain and oversee inventory and supplies, receiving, storing, and delivering items as required.
- Health and Safety: Ensure the Health and Safety of yourself and others, both on and off the premises, adhering to guidelines and protocols at all times.
