Job Opportunity

City & County of Swansea is seeking an Electrical Technical Officer to join our Building Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for forming part of the Maintenance Management Team, reporting to the Senior Manager. Key responsibilities include managing maintenance activities, renewables projects, and a team of multi-trade operatives and specialist sub-contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Form part of the Maintenance Management Team and report to the Senior Manager.
  2. Manage maintenance activities, including renewables projects.
  3. Lead a team of multi-trade operatives and specialist sub-contractors.

Requirements
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
