The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our Student Advice team as a Senior Student Funds Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in administering, assessing, and awarding student support funds.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing the Kingston bursary using the Bursary Administration Service (BAS) on the Student Loans Company (SLC) portal, as well as administering US Federal & Private loans and US Veterans Benefits. You will also be responsible for responding to queries from US applicants & students on their entitlements & disbursements.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of student funding processes, strong data and systems abilities, and excellent organizational skills. You will be able to manage priorities/workloads, solve problems using your own initiative, and have experience in using the SITS record system or SLC Higher Education Portal.

The Directorate/Function

Our Directorate plays a vital role in the retention and success of students at Kingston University. We aim to enhance their experience through support that is effective and responsive to their changing needs. As a member of our team, you will contribute to the delivery of student support funds and ensure a proactive approach to recurring tasks.
