Dental Nurse/Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualified Dental Nurse/Receptionist to join our team at Bupa Dental Care Northampton/Corby.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and versatile individual to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and dentists.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical chair-side support to dentists, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
- Undertake reception duties, including managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and handling patient queries.
- Ensure CQC requirements are met, maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
- Update patient records digitally, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Set up decontamination of instruments, adhering to strict hygiene protocols.
- Provide exceptional patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards patients.
- GDC Registered
- Preferred dental experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to travel across sites
