We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Automation Specialist to join our team at Network IT Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our goals.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a passion for automation and a strong background in infrastructure engineering. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Windows Server, VMware/Hyper-V, and the Microsoft stack, as well as a strong understanding of Agile best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement automation solutions using tools such as PowerShell, Python/Bash, Ansible, and Terraform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
  • Work closely with our M365 Product Specialist to ensure seamless integration with our Microsoft-based infrastructure.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our infrastructure remains secure and efficient.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a SysAdmin, Infrastructure Engineer, or SRE/DevOps/Automation focused role.
  • Strong knowledge and working experience across Windows Server, VMware/Hyper-V, and the Microsoft stack.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to collaborate with teams.
  • Scripting experience in PowerShell, Python/Bash.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
  • Experience with Ansible, Git, Terraform.
  • Exposure to Agile best practices.
