Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at ReCon Advisory Partners. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in the success of our water treatment company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact clients to discuss their requirements, provide advice, and offer estimates of likely costs.
  • Provide technical knowledge and input into the process of quoting, site surveys, and design.
  • Liaise with managers and key decision makers within the business.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, material costs, and labour rates to ensure estimates reflect current market conditions.
  • Conduct risk assessments and incorporate contingency plans in estimates.
Requirements:
  • Preferred degree in quantity surveying or associated construction field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
  • Experience working on water projects.
  • Experience on waste water treatment is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PDF, and other Microsoft programs.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team to deliver high quality standards for every client.
Pay:

£50,000 - £55,000
