  • Manage client profiles accurately in our systems, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Clear back-office queues promptly and assist with other tasks as required, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Invoice hotel, car, and ancillary billbacks accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely payment and minimizing errors.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business travel consulting or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in using travel management systems and software.
