About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Executive to join our team at Office Angels. As a Sales Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for inbound calls, providing excellent customer service and supporting the Sales Support Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers, offering advice and answering their questions.
- Sales Order Management: Review and monitor all sales orders, proactively informing customers of any production or delivery issues.
- Sample Management: Prepare and send samples to existing and potential customers as directed by the sales team.
- CRM Administration: Set up and maintain customer accounts in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Competitor Research: Update the CRM database with competitor information and ensure merchant contact details are always current.
- Export Administration: Arrange and administer the export of goods with key accounts, including customs clearance.
- Production Collaboration: Collaborate with production to ensure efficient lead times.
- Website Order Processing: Administer website order processing and review shipping quotes for global customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Develop and implement solutions to customer queries and issues.
