Job Description

Job Title: Portfolio Management Associate/VP - UK

Business Type: Corporate and Investment Banking

Job Summary:

The jobholder's responsibilities will include assisting the Head of Portfolio Management and Operational Support in respect of managing London's EIG asset portfolio, which comprises 90+ project transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take direct responsibility for a designated portfolio of files and ensure its general monitoring.
  • Prepare waiver requests and annual reviews.
  • Liaise with external third parties, such as Borrowers, Facility Agents, and risk department teams.
  • Comply with all internal certification requirements and ensure all files are KYC compliant.
  • Maintain all internal portfolio-related systems up to date.
  • Provide relevant information to EIG sector heads.
  • Collect and properly account for sums due, if applicable.

Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities:

  • Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and internal Compliance requirements.
  • Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure full qualification to undertake the role.
