Executive Chef Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Crafted Pubs. As a key member of our kitchen management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene in our busy fresh food kitchen.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all team members to ensure a positive and productive kitchen environment.
- Take ownership of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring compliance with food safety and health and safety policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the Head Chef to achieve exceptional food and service standards, driving kitchen efficiency and productivity.
- A proven track record in a similar role, with experience in a large, fresh food-focused pub or restaurant environment.
- Strong understanding of GP's and stock management, with the ability to inspire and motivate the wider kitchen team.
- Competent knowledge of all regulations, food hygiene, and company specifications.
