Job Title: Commissioning and Contract Service Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commissioning and Contract Service Manager to lead our team in commissioning and contract managing high-quality services for individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness, domestic abuse, and those needing accessible and effective advice services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to commission and contract manage services that support people with a wide range of needs, including abstinence, young mother and baby, single sex, refuge, drug and alcohol, young persons, rough sleeping, and accommodation for those with no recourse to public funds.
  • Build collaborative, purposeful, and action-driven partnerships across the public, private, and voluntary sectors to address and tackle homelessness and migration issues in the city.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including service providers, local authorities, and community groups.
  • Ensure that commissioned services meet the needs of service users and are delivered to a high standard.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of commissioned services and make recommendations for improvement.
