About the Role

We're embarking on a transformative journey at AO, upgrading our ERP from Dynamics AX to Dynamics 365. This ambitious project will bring the power of cloud computing to our organization, and we're seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the charge.

As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with tech colleagues and senior stakeholders to define and implement business processes that enhance our MS Dynamics functionality. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing enterprise-level principles, standards, and best practices that drive our architecture forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop business processes that optimize our MS Dynamics functionality
  • Develop and maintain the current, future, and transitional states of our enterprise architecture
  • Collaborate with business and technology leads to ensure our architecture is robust and optimized across the business
  • Communicate the benefits of Enterprise Architecture to the wider business
  • Develop and maintain architecture roadmaps spanning a 3-year horizon

About You

  • Strong design and architecture knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (AX & D365)
  • Significant experience as an Enterprise Architect or Solutions Architect, developing and maturing architecture capabilities
  • Confidence working with senior-level stakeholders to define and align technology strategies with business objectives
  • Ability to model organizational strategies with capability or process maps
  • Experience in both Agile and Waterfall delivery methods in a large-scale program delivery environment
