Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Nurture and develop strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service in the management of day-to-day account queries and screening updates.
  • Account Analysis and Growth
    • Analyse account activity and identify trends to drive business growth.
    • Develop and implement strategies to convert dormant clients to standard services.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Work collaboratively with Operational teams and Clients to ensure service delivery expectations are met.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including Data Protection, Information Security, Health & Safety, Dignity at Work, and IT Acceptable Use policies.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in account/relationship management role of a similar nature.
  • Proven experience of analysing and initiating actions based on financial insights and understanding.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with clients and key internal stakeholders.
  • A passion for service delivery and a willingness to go the extra mile for clients.
  • Beneficial: Background in screening.
